Others draw more energy from their work.....Imagine two candidates both working around the clock for months to win an election....both strained, both tapped....and as the results are counted and tallied,.........into one ear is whispered,,,"you won" and at the same time the other person hears the whisper"you lost".....Who is drained from the long task and who is supercharged with unbounded energy at that moment of hearing? Energy is a curious thing......

Depression is like darkness...the absence of light. It is not necessary to analyze where the darkness comes from or how it got there.....just introduce light. The human spirit can be bogged down by stress, strain and fatigue leading to an imbalanced nervous system. The nervous system that is rested, fresh, free from the binding influences of stress can reflect more happiness. Bring in the light...learn to meditate and the darkness will dissappear....

Love

Simply,....love is the ability to appreciate. The geater ability that one's heart has to appreciate correlates with one's ability to love. small amout of appreciation, means a small amount of love. A large degree for appreciation means greater love. Infinite appreciation means unbounded infinite love. The restrictions of love are the restrictions on the human heart. by expanding one's heart, the ability to love is expanded. What restricts the heart? Stress, strain, and fatigue, ....impurities of the nervous system. Thru deep meditation, the restrictions of the heart are cleared and the vessel of love expands. Without the expansion of the heart, the attempt at unbounded love is like a pond trying to rise up in a big wave........only the mud gets stirred up,....but the heart that has expanded is like the mighty ocean rising up in a wave......the possibility of huge waves of love becomes a reality.....this is the goal to aspire and achieve.

The mind is like an ocean...during a storm the surface is choppy, turbulent and erratic, but is that the nature of the mind? No, to understand the true nature of the mind one must imagine diving deep below the surface of the ocean,,ever deeper from the choppy surface..eventually the true nature of the ocean reveals itself in deep silence, unending silence.....even tho the surface is still choppy, the depths, great depths are unbounded silence...that is the true nature of the mind...it only takes the dive within to eventually experience the silent depths. The dive within is meditation....By infusing those qualities of the silent depth into the awareness the individual is able to appreciate the silent nature of the mind, the unboundedness of the mind, even when on the choppy surface..that is a blessing in life......moving thru the choppiness and storms with teh mind grounded in the depths of the silence.......
