Love

Simply,....love is the ability to appreciate. The geater ability that one's heart has to appreciate correlates with one's ability to love. small amout of appreciation, means a small amount of love. A large degree for appreciation means greater love. Infinite appreciation means unbounded infinite love. The restrictions of love are the restrictions on the human heart. by expanding one's heart, the ability to love is expanded. What restricts the heart? Stress, strain, and fatigue, ....impurities of the nervous system. Thru deep meditation, the restrictions of the heart are cleared and the vessel of love expands. Without the expansion of the heart, the attempt at unbounded love is like a pond trying to rise up in a big wave........only the mud gets stirred up,....but the heart that has expanded is like the mighty ocean rising up in a wave......the possibility of huge waves of love becomes a reality.....this is the goal to aspire and achieve.
