Depression

Depression is like darkness...the absence of light. It is not necessary to analyze where the darkness comes from or how it got there.....just introduce light. The human spirit can be bogged down by stress, strain and fatigue leading to an imbalanced nervous system. The nervous system that is rested, fresh, free from the binding influences of stress can reflect more happiness. Bring in the light...learn to meditate and the darkness will dissappear....
